Registration can be completed by filling in the Coupon and returning

the School. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Regular
Registration
Regular registration for those who did not register by
Coupon will be
conducted from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on January 5 at the SUN Area
Career and Technology Center, New Berlin, Pennsylvania.
Spring classes begin the week of February 14,
2005, unless stated
otherwise. All registrants should report for their first scheduled
class
unless otherwise notified. Only those individuals who are enrolled
in a
class under the minimum enrollment will be notified.

GENERAL INFORMATION |

Class
Information
All courses will be offered if a minimum of ten
individuals enroll and if
we can obtain the services of a qualified instructor. The SUN Area
Career
and Technology Center reserves the right to limit class size.
Eligibility
Those eligible
for enrollment include adults and out-of-school youths
who have passed their sixteenth birthday. Having the ability to
profit
from instruction is the principle qualification for class
membership.
Course Fees
Program fees vary according to class. Payment should be included
with
the
Advance Registration Form
and must be in
the form of a U.S. Postal
Money Order or check. All payments must be made to the order of SUN
Area Tech School.
Texts and Shop
Materials
Tuition costs do not include textbooks, if required. Shop materials
used
by students in personal shop projects are not included in tuition
costs.
These will be billed at a nominal charge.
Refunds
The school
reserves the right to refuse a tuition refund if a student
withdraws within 10 days or less of the scheduled start date. There
will
be no refunds after attending the first class.
Grades
Grades will be issued to all individuals participating in the Adult
Education
Program.

An introduction to the Medical Information
Coder, ICD-9 coding. The international coding system as modified for

understanding of information coding systems. Prerequisite: a working
