Certifications
Diesel Technology
students receive a certificate upon graduation stating that they have
completed the year-long program. If students pass comprehensive
written and practical tests they also receive a Pennsylvania skills
certificate. Employers consider this certificate proof that the
student has the overall knowledge and hands-on-skills to function as
an entry level technician.
In addition to state certifications, the
SUN Tech Diesel technology program is currently becoming certified by
NATEF (ASE).
