in the following areas would be to he student's advantage, but all areas
are not required: Physical Science, Geometry, Algebra, Introduction to
Drafting and/or CAD (Mechanical or Architectural), mechanical experience
(building, constructing, assembly), experience with construction
details, experience with a personal computer.
The major determinants of success in the Precision Machining program
are attention to detail, hand-eye coordination and problem solving.
