SUN Tech - The Right Choice for Your Child's Future
As a parent, you're concerned about your child's future. What they study in High School can have a significant impact on the rest of their lives.
SUN Area Technical Institute offers you and your teenager another choice to regular High School. Your child may be eligible to take one year of study at our school in place of their 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade. With nearly 20 programs to choose from and over 120 career choices all of which have direct links to higher education and teach marketable job skills, you'll find many options available.

Talk over these options with your son or daughter, then call us at 570-966-1031 and ask for our Guidance Department. SUN Area Career & Technology Center, New Berlin, PA was recently honored by the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County at their Annual Awards Dinner held at the Penn Stater , Innovation Park, State College, Pa.. SUN Tech was presented with the Significant Achievement Award sponsored by the Centre Daily Times Newspapers in Education for raising their Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program criteria score to 648 points, a 345 point increase from 303 points in August ,2000. Those in attendance from the SUN Tech Quality Management Team were Ron Mytinger, Larry Conaway, Geoff Schmitz, John Bohn and Sam Wolfe.
