Food Service students at SUN Tech received a double dose of culinary expertise in their program today. SUN Tech’s Food Service instructor Justin Wright (left) and  the Culinary Institute of America’s Giovanni Ray educated the program’s 17 students in a variety of career and cooking options.

SUN Area Technical Institute’s Food Service Program was highly distinguished by Giovanni and his organization.

Mr. Wright has brought many new ideas into the classroom and has set up many hands-on catering activities on and off-campus for his students. SUN Tech graduates have been highly recruited by our area’s restaurants and food service industry. Many participate in SUN Tech’s Cooperative Education Program where students work and attend school.
