Student's Responsibility

Books, supplies, equipment and facilities are provided at the expense of taxpayers. Each student is responsible for the care of books, supplies, tools, equipment, and facilities. Payment will be required by the student when items are lost, broken, damaged or misused before the final Progress Report or Certificate is issued.

We have always been proud of the condition in which students leave equipment and our building. We are obligated to make all students aware of the fact that anyone who chooses to maliciously break or deface center property will be held responsible under Public Law 30, Number 14, Section 777 of the Act of the March 10, 1949 which carries very stringent penalties for this type of improper behavior.
