Throughout the year we require our faculty to change the password that they use to log in to their computers. Our unified messaging system (the software that puts your voice mail messages in your email inbox) requires knowledge of your most recent password, so if you don’t update your voice mail configuration right after changing your password you’ll soon find yourself locked out of your computer. Follow the steps below to update your voice mail configuration.
Updating Your Voice Mail Configuration
Click the Start Button.
Click All Programs.
Scroll down and click SUN Tech.
Click Voice Mail Configuration.
Under Mailbox type your phone extension (180, 301, etc.).
Under Password type the PIN number you use to check your voicemail.
Click Login.
Click General Settings.
Click Synchronization Options
Under User Name type the username you use to login to Windows.
Under Password and Confirm Password type your new Windows login Password.

2012 graduates of SUN Area Technical Institute were awarded a record amount of scholarships and gifts totaling over $210,000.
SUN Technical Institute, New Berlin, recently awarded a record amount of Senior Award Monies in the form of scholarships, checks, saving bonds and tools/equipment at their School Wide Awards Assembly Program. Graduating students departed SUN Tech with an astonishing amount in excess of $210,000.00.
The local business community, individuals, SUN Tech staff, high school students and Friends of SUN Tech donated a record amount to high achieving students in 20 programs. These awards were presented by business leaders, SUN Tech Staff and Friends of SUN Tech to many well deserving students in an array of award winning categories.
The above photo depicts the numerous student recipients, who won awards at the New Berlin Institutes Facility. The five sending schools: Lewisburg, Mifflinburg, Selinsgrove, Shikellamy, and Midd-West were well represented in the Awards Program. Many Administrator’s and Staff from these sending schools were present to give their support to these high achieving students.
SUN Tech’s Foundation, a 501 C3 does accept donations to enhance the educational lives of our local Youth. To see and/or hear how the many benefits that your donation would impact the lives of our local technical students, please call us at SUN, at 570-966-1031 or come in for a guided tour by one of our many willing staff members.
